With great power, comes great responsibility. Sorry, I had to. But seriously. So you have a submissive. Assuming you’re a good Dominant, you want what’s best for her. You want to help with her goals, self-esteem, etc. As the Dominant, you have a lot of power to help with this, but it is important to remember that you shouldn’t be trying to change who your submissive is as a person. You should aim to help her be the best version of herself, not a new person.
Of course, there will be times when your submissive has to do something she doesn’t want to. But this shouldn’t always be the case. Take her wants/personality into consideration. For example, if fitness is an aspect of her life you have control over, try to make it enjoyable for her. If you know she likes running, you shouldn’t be making her whole program built around lifting. Her favorite foods don’t need to be your favorite foods.
You will have goals/aspirations for your sub, but don’t forget the ones she has for herself.
Know your submissive. Know their goals. Know their limitations. And then help them become the best “them” they can be.
